Verdict
In a tricky affair, Fabrian is given the vote ahead of Barathea Dreams and Rain Stops Play. Fabrian is turned out again quickly following a good second to the progressive Rationale at Leicester on Sunday. He can go well. Rain Stops Play is now only a pound above a winning mark, and Barathea Dreams is back to a winning mark from last August. The lightly-raced Personify is on the up although, that said he needs to keep the improvement coming if he is to win. Scarlet Knight seems better on the all-weather and a few of the others need to achieve career-best performances if going to score. Logsdail is now back to a winning mark and is another to consider, while Chapter's best 2005 form would see him well-weighted and he ran with a bit more promise last time. Once again, though, the vote goes to Fabrian.
