Verdict
Chief Yeoman made a pleasing debut last month at Newmarket and should be suited by this step up in trip. He is a Derby entry and also in the Racing Post Trophy next month. He will need to step up on that debut effort and market confidence will be a pointer to his chances. Mutajjeb also has fancy entries to his name and with connections choosing this option rather than an easier opening at Nottingham on Friday he looks set to go close. Orange Touch had every chance on his debut run at Newmarket last month before weakening close home. His lack of entries suggests he is nothing special at home and may be out of his depth here. Spider McCoy has the best racecourse form but those less exposed should have his measure. Zoroaster boasts a Derby entry and showed up well on his debut at Newmarket. He is the TEAMtalk selection with the benefit of the underrated Dane O'Neill aboard.
