      Verdict

      Austrian Theory finished third in the Vintage Stakes at Goodwood but probably had the run of the race. REACH FOR THE MOON (NAP) trounced Thursday’s York winner Harrow by four lengths at Newbury having finished ahead of Great Max when runner-up in the Chesham at Royal Ascot earlier. He has some fancy entries and can double his tally today. Cresta overturned the odds-on Modern Games at Leicester and Rerouting has travelled over from Ireland but Newmarket winner Star From Afarhh may have more scope than that pair.
