      Verdict

      Russian Heroine and Aevalon made promising starts when finishing second on their respective debuts at Windsor and Bath. The former, in particular, is expected to improve and go close here. But she's up against some interesting newcomers with Two-Year-Old Trophy entry Dame Liberty and Looking Good, representing last year's winning connections, both worth a second glance. BLUE AEGEAN cost 210,000gns and is a half-sister to a Group 3 winner. The Godolphin filly may well prove good enough on her debut so gets the vote.
