        Verdict

        Oaks entry SPARKLE ROLL will no doubt prove popular on her reappearance. An easy winner over a mile at Haydock in September, the half-sister to Derby winner Wings Of Eagles should improve for the longer trip and John Gosden’s grey Kingman filly gets the vote. King Power is another Oaks entry and Monogamy is in the Irish version having both made modest debuts at Newbury in October while Nantucket represents last year’s winning yard and is another likely to improve for the extra distance. Of the newcomers, Sea of Faith is in the Oaks as a sister to the smart Raheen House and also a Group 1 winner in Australia with the Haggas filly preferred to Motivate Me.
