      Verdict

      A very good renewal of the Temple Stakes, in which last season's top juvenile filly, Airwave, makes her eagerly-awaited seasonal return and attempts to emulate her former stablemate Kyllachy's win in this race last year. Reported to be very well, but not having grown much physically, her trainer is hopeful more than confident of her winning, particularly as she has to carry a five-pound Group 1 penalty for last season's Cheveley Park Stakes success. She should, however, run very well being the highest rated in the contest followed by Danehurst and Repertory and we will side with the daughter of Pivotal. A fascinating event.
