Verdict

Richard Hannon won this with Cadeaux Pearl in 2010 and PEARL ACCLAIM sports the same colours today. He also boasts the best piece of form with a debut second at Newmarket to stablemate Havana Gold, who has since gone in again, and looks capable of opening his account here. A couple of others showed ability on their debuts namely Ovett, a close-up sixth on the Polytrack at Lingfield and Just Charlie, who was third on the Turf course at the same track last month. They should both figure in the finish with the newcomer Betzyoucan worthy of a second glance in the betting as she's related to four winners.
