Verdict

Volt Face is getting closer and can race off the same mark as when only beaten a head at Kempton last month, less Paul O'Brien's claim. But Brian Ellison, who sponsors this contest, gives CRACKDELOUST a first try over fences and the five-year-old should be suited. Already a winner here over hurdles, he has his favoured going on his reappearance and is likely to know his job. Beggar's Wishes won over hurdles twice earlier this year and is another interesting recruit to chasing but the ground may be a bit quick for Kalaniti. Gris De Pron, another of the chasing newcomers, may be best of the rest.
