    Verdict

Another tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Blackergreen, Forever Eyesofblue, Innisfree and Wee William and the narrow vote is given to the last named. The selection ran as if in need of the run when a fair third behind Polar Gale last time out, he should strip fitter here and with this former point winner sure to be suited by this longer trip he looks a value bet in an open affair. Forever Eyesofblue rates the main danger on his latest second behind Chabrimal Minster but he never runs two races the same and at likely odds he looks worth taking on. Blackergreen is another that could go well on his latest second behind Westfield Dancer, that form has since been franked and if his jumping holds up he will not be far away. Innisfree is another that could go well on his latest second behind Ryminster but his very best form is over a longer trip. This is a competitive affair and few can be ruled out but for the winner we return to Wee William who looks a value bet.
