        Verdict

        A competitive field go to post for this novice hurdle and the TEAMtalk selection is Silver Knight. The gelding from the bang-in-form Tim Easterby yard he won well on similar ground at Hexham, before being a good second at Newcastle behind Little Sport. He will appreciate the longer trip and will be hard to beat. Castle Richard has shown a modicum of ability over hurdles and rates the main danger.On a form line through Little Sport he has plenty to find. Sahem won a couple of bumpers but he has looked a doubtful stayer over hurdles and this step up in trip is not sure to suit. Pardon What was a fair fifth last time out and he has definite place claims, but he is a fee going sort and he to may not appreciate the step up in trip. Shameless showed a poor form in bumpers, but he has a long absence to overcome and he may come on for this his debut run over hurdles.
