      Verdict

      COLBY was an eye-catcher when given plenty to do at Musselburgh. He is certain to improve for the experience and can open his account today. Winning pointer Windsor Avenue cost £65,000 and is a half-brother to bumper and hurdles winner Ravenhill Road so has to be respected. Irish raider Scottshill also has experience between the flags but Schiehallion Munro never figured when fourth at Hexham in the autumn.
