In depth

Verdict

Cha Cha Cha Dancer has a progressive profile and, without a penalty for his comfortable win in a conditional jockeys' race last week, Alan Swinbank's gelding is hard to oppose in a race where the main threats looks likely to come from Nobodys Perfect and Michaels Dream. The last mentioned is capable on his day but could do with some help from the handicapper and is probably best left alone giving weight away all round. At the other end of the handicap, Political Pendant is hard to back with any confidence on recent evidence, while Cottam Grange lacks a recent run and is probably best watched. Nobodys Perfect has shown improved form in his last two starts and is entitled to be thereabouts again but Cha Cha Cha Dancer looks to be going the right way and, in current form, is hard to oppose.
