In depth

Verdict

Ben Brody has a hike in the weights to contend with having won easily at Ludlow. But today’s faster ground is a worry for him and FALCON SUN (NAP) can take advantage. The latter has struggled in soft going since finding one too good at Taunton but is 6lb lower for this and may well improve on his second start after wind surgery. Victory Echo has lost his way since winning at Newcastle at the end of last year but Sir Sholokhov is a point-to-point winner and should take to the larger obstacles on his chasing debut.
