Verdict
Phar From Frosty has a good in this four-runner affair. Charlie Egerton's gelding has won three times from four starts this season and, although some have formed the view that this type of trip stretches him, we'll take the view that he should have sufficient class over his opponents to see him through. Despite not having raced for 594 days, Chicago Breeze might be the one to chase him home. Now with Ferdy Murphy, he showed promise in his native Ireland when with Charlie Swan. Skenfrith has run well on a number of occasions in novice event but, overall, has a bit to find with the selection, while Highland Island, although quite nicely bred for the sport, comes here on the back of some inauspicious displays in the pointing fields. For us then it's Phar From Frosty, which it will need to have been overnight for this meeting to go ahead.
