In depth

Verdict

The Peckhampouncer has gradually been returning to form and is 14lb lower than his only victory in 2019. Brave Display was almost 3 lengths behind Adams Barbour over 5f at Dundalk but didn't get the run of the race and can reverse the form after beating a huge field at the Curragh. The latter very nearly followed up at Dundalk and there shouldn't be too much between them here. However, back in fifth at the Curragh came MISS FLORENTINE (NAP), who had twice run well on that track last autumn and was unlucky in-running on her return to action. She's on a very handy mark here and can lose her maiden tag. Chocquinto completely missed the break at Tipperary so did very well to get as close as she did.
