Verdict

Peckham Springs went up 8lb for scoring at Downpatrick but made a bold bid to defy the extra here last month when conceding 9lb to the winner. Arthur's Baby also ran well here that day though that was over 3m2f and this looks on the short side. FATHER JED knows where the winning post is having scored eight times, including over timber at Clonmel in May for which he's just 4lb higher - he can get back on the winning trail. Building Bridges is 14lb higher than when scoring at Downpatrick and Guido Reni's strike-rate of 1-48 doesn't inspire confidence.
