    Verdict

The seller on the card can go to Circus Maximus, with Nordic Prince and Guard Duty set to prove best of the rest. The selection comes here in pretty good heart following a Towcester second and has, in fact, won two of his last four contests, one of them a hurdle race. On ratings he also holds a clear chance so rates a fairly solid choice. Nordic Prince won a Uttoxeter seller in January and has, in fact three of his last eight races. He has to be considered, as has Guard Duty, who wins in his turn although he is better known as a chaser these days. Protocol popped up in a Fakenham seller in March but has more to do, while Walter Plinge won a Uttoxeter seller around a year ago but has been very disappointing since. This leads us back to Circus Maximus, who gets our vote.
