Verdict
Eight Ellington, Largs, and Brios Boy are three against the field in this claimer and the vote goes to Eight Ellington. The selection was a fair fourth in a similar race behind Never Forget Bowie last time out and with the drop in trip sure to suit he is taken to score. Largs rates the main danger on his best form but he was behind the selection when sent off favourite last time and he needs to improve to score. Brios Boy is another worthy of respect as he is from a yard that does well at the track but the first time visor will need to bring about some improvement if he is to score. Of the remainder Dress Pearl would have a chance on her best form but that has come over a shorter trip so she can not be put forward with any confidence, while Ash Bold is from a yard in form and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Eight Ellington
