        Verdict

        The in-form Silver Mount can continue on his way and gets the nod over Orchard House and Red River Rock.Picolomini looks best of the rest. Red River Rebel is a previous course and distance winner that does not have too much to find despite being 1lb wrong at the weights. He does need to improve on recent form, though. So is not one to be wading in with - even at fancy odds. It would be dangerous to read too much into Orchard House's effort in chasing home stiffer opposition last time, as he was well beaten by the winner and some of the others under-performed on the day. Still, a repeat does would be good enough to make the frame against this lot, so he may be the one to give the selection the most to think about. However, things have fallen into place for Silver Mount recently and he is strongly fancied to put the rest to the sword this evening - in spite of his 6lb penalty for winning a class five handicap last time out.
