In depth

Verdict

This won’t take much winning and NACHI FALLS showed a glimpse of his old form when second at Taunton last Thursday. He’s not won a hurdle since 2016 but will never get a better chance to end that drought. Blue N Yellow is much less exposed and can only improve on his debut for Tom George at Taunton in January while Texan Nomad hasn’t been disgraced off higher marks since scoring at Wincanton in the same month. Bumper winner Cardigan Bay has been thereabouts in maiden and novice company in all three starts over timber and it will be surprise if he doesn’t make the frame again.
