    Verdict

VERY FIRST BLADE is usually thereabouts at this level. He went close here on a couple of occasions last month and finished well ahead of third-placed Sleet over track and trip. Run Fat Lass Run appeared to show signs of a revival last month only to run a shocker here on Sunday but still has the beating of recent runner-up River Dreamer on collateral form. Master Of Disguise has not won since 2012 but was well ahead of La Danza at Wolverhampton last time.
