In depth
Verdict
Plenty of winning course and distance form to choose from here and the horse with the most solid claims is Grand Palace; Saville's Delight and Tag Team join him on the shortlist. The selection showed that he has the speed for this five furlongs when successful over the course and distance last time out. Derek Shaw's gelding has gone up the weights as a result but this consistent son of Grand Lodge can win again. Tag Team is another consistent sort who has been running well of late. He drops down to the minimum trip for the first time in a while but is held by the selection on a form line through John Quinn's Winthorpe. Saville's Delight will be much more at home over this trip, whilst Overstayed has a poor strike-rate but is tumbling down the weights. Kelamon and Spoof Master are two more to consider coming here on the back of fair runs, however it is Grand Palace who is taken to win again.
