    Verdict

SPITFIRE was a surprise winner of this 12 months ago but meets runner-up Abi Scarlet and fourth George Fenton on much better terms so there is no reason why he won't stage an encore as he's been running well at a modest level lately. Parisian Pyramid is arguably the pick of the weights but he's never won on the all-weather and was tailed off on his only previous try on the Fibresand. Electric Qatar won a claimer here in February but all of his winning form has come over 5f.
