      Verdict

      Loose Caboose is marginally preferred to Ballycroy Boy, Yankee Storm and Diademas in a tight contest. She has yet to run on this surface but promises to be suited by it and has reasonable claims on the pick of her form if she does take to fibresand. She finished just behind Splash The Cash at Wolverhampton last time but was entitled to need that run and can fare better here. Splash The Cash's run here on his penultimate start was too bad to be true but a watching brief is still advised and of more appeal are proven course performers Ballycroy Boy, Yankee Storm and Diademas. Ballycroy Boy loves it here but an 11lb rise for his win in a claimer looks harsh. Diademas is weighted to reverse the form with Yankee Storm but that is no foregone conclusion and Yankee Storm has sound claims in an open heat but Loose Caboose gets the nod.
