LITTLE FRITZ, placed in both starts in bumpers, was easy to back on his hurdling debut at Bangor in December but was going well on the heels of the leader when falling four out. Provided that hasn't dented his confidence, the grey could make amends here with Lemon Drop Red having run moderately when favourite at Musselburgh following a promising debut at Kempton. Chepstow fourth Clarion Call appears a little one-paced but could make the frame while Pittodrie Star was just beaten at Uttoxeter last month and is improving. Quousko De L'Isop finished ahead of the latter at Doncaster earlier, however, and has since finished third over a longer trip at Fontwell.
