Verdict

FLYING PICKETS is not the most consistent but was beaten less than a length in a handicap over track and trip in August and need only reproduce that effort to take this. Alan McCabe's charge is preferred to Miserere Mei, who has claims at the weights but who was well beaten over 6f here last week. It's hard to make a serious case for any of the remainder with an official rating on today's terms, but Irish import Can Do Les has had just the one race at Wolverhampton for Keith Dalgleish and may be capable of better than we've seen so far.
