Verdict

Getariver landed the odds in a maiden hurdle at Ludlow last time and should go close again now handicapping. But DARLING DU LARGE landed a handicap at Hereford on her reappearance and first start after wind surgery and Tom George’s mare may well find enough improvement to defy an 8lb rise in the weights. Pink Legend wasn’t beaten far when fourth at Aintree back in May but has her first outing since while Song Of The Sky won over fences before failing to complete over timber at Wetherby when starting favourite. Hijran is not badly treated on her winning form over hurdles but the heavy going may prove a problem.
