This looks wide-open and DARK REGARD might have had more luck with the draw but she was quickly away over track and trip last month to land a novice event by over three lengths. Mark Johnson’s filly should improve now handicapping. Lilkian has been raised 4lb after winning over the minimum trip here with Abbaleka, representing last year’s winning yard, back in third. Good Earth and stablemate Wentworth Amigo drop down in class but Hot Heels returned a losing favourite at Wolverhampton last time.
