    Verdict

    Hits Only Jude rattled up a handicap double on the turf earlier this month but was a disappointing favourite in this grade over C&D before that and ALPHA TAURI makes more appeal. Third on the Polytrack last time, Frank Sheridan's charge had landed a couple of sellers over track and trip earlier and his winning form on this surface gives him the edge over Maze. The latter beat My Lord in a similar event at Lingfield recently and has every chance if handling the Fibresand, while the veteran Royal Dignitary has won five times at this track and is not easily dismissed with a recent run under his belt.
