        Verdict

        Ndola landed some nice bets when winning at Wolverhamton last time and is taken to follow up, with Aveiro and Good Timing put forward as the main dangers. Barney Curley's gelding had been off the track for eighteen months prior to that victory over Tropical Son and looks certain to improve on that effort. Aveiro was successful here back in December and following two dire performances at Wolverhampton returned to this venue to run second to Broughton Knows in a much better contest. Good Timing appeared to have lost all enthusiasm for the game until running a cracker last time when just touched off by Malmand at Wolverhampton and looks certain to be in the shake up today. Of the rest course winners King Priam and Dash Of Magic are worthy of a mention, however if Ndola comes in for support again take the hint.
