Verdict

The progressive QUID PRO QUO shrugged off a penalty to land the odds with the minimum of fuss at Newton Abbot and landed a double over hurdles in the process. Dan Skelton’s charge remains the one to beat given he’s weighted to get the better of Tardree. The latter has gone close at Stratford the last twice now while Felino De Bersy has been in the mix between the flags recently and has placed over hurdles in the past. Switch Partner has shown little over hurdles so far.
