LINE BALL should retain enough ability to be a factor at this level but he's likely to face some fierce opposition from the likes of Kadount, Billyvoddan, Coolefind and Inaro to name but four. The selection has been off the track since October where he finished a fair third to Majestic Concorde but he had been struggling in the main prior to that and connections clearly felt that his opportunities under Rules were going to be limited. He should be a factor at this level but he does have something to prove on the ground as well as needing to take to a new form of headgear. Kadount has picked up a couple of races in this sphere already whilst Coolefind has some smart Hunter Chase form to his name and has to be feared despite the weight concession. Billyvoddan was a smart performer in his prime and will be dangerous if a change of routine/scenery has reinvigorated him whilst Inaro brings winning point form to the table to give this a really competitive feel but Line Ball may be up to the task.
