In depth
Verdict
A large field goes to post for this seller but on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning and the principals look to be Meelup, Zak Facta and Gladys Aylward and the confident vote goes to Meelup. The three year old won a claimer in good style last time out when defeating Capulette and hen need only to reproduce that to score. Zak Facta rates the main danger on his best form but that has been over a longer trip and he still remains a maiden after 14 starts. Gladys Aylward is also worthy of respect but her best form is on very fast ground on turf and she is not sure to be suited by the surface. Of the remainder Davos is from a yard that does particularly well here and is worth noting in the market but the confident vote goes to Meelup.
