        Verdict

        Fox Shinji has obviously had problems as he hasn't run since two moderate efforts a year ago though his stable is in good form. Marvel was a long odds-on chance over the minimum at Newcastle but couldn't quite go the pace but was staying on so has to be a threat though TEASE MAID ran her best race to date over the track and trip earlier this month and a repeat would probably be good enough. Ventura Glory has been disappointing and makes her debut on the track.
