In depth

Verdict

All signs point to Yakimov in this claimer and he looks more than capable of seeing off his four opponents, with Sweet World and Moral Code the two strongest rivals. The selection was a staying on winner over 7f here last time and has also scored here over this trip. He is officially rated well clear of his opponents here, so even though he doesn't win too often, he looks to have been found a good opotunity by trainer David Wintle to make it back-to-back successes. Sweet World and Moral Code look the other pair to concentrate on and Moral Code can just edge that battle. He has a bit to find with Sweet World on the official marks with the way the weights are framed here, but he looks more suited by this trip and is open to improvement as one who is lightly raced, and a first time visor might mean that he can do that. Namroud is the better of the other pair for selection purposes Yakimov looks the one to be on.
