In depth

Verdict

Trachonitis is capable of making the frame, but along with Ilie Nastase, Yossi and Maslak, is seemingly in the grip of the handicapper at present. A winner here last month, Kingaroo finished runner-up off today's higher mark last week and there could be a bit more to come from him, but BEAU FIGHTER looks the one to beat. Gary Moore's charge is not exactly prolific and was winning for only the second time when successful over 1m4f here a week ago. But he gave Carnac a five-length beating on that occasion and can go in again in his current mood.
