Verdict
Shower Of Hail, Harrycone Lewis and Cherry Gold are three against the field in this open affair and the vote is given to Shower Of Hail. The selection was a fair third behind Malaga Boy this looks easier and he need only run up to that mark to score. Harrycone Lewis rates the main danger on his latest second behind Tomina but he just gave the impression he was in the handicappers grip on that occasion and for that reason he is opposed. Cherry Gold is another worthy of respect on his latest victory over Vanilla Man but he has yet to win off a mark this high and at likely odds he is worth opposing. The Flyer is from a yard in form and has conditions to suit and he is another with definite place claims but he never runs two races a like and he can not be put forward with any confidence. The remainder have shown very little of late and are readily opposed and for the winner we return to Shower Of Hail.
