    Verdict

    Only a small field goes to post for this handicap and from a shortlist of Dasheena, Sheriff's Silk and Zorn we will side with Dasheena. The selection was not beaten far when third behind Elusive Warrior here last time and on the evidence of that effort she could be ready to resume winning ways. Sheriff's Silk loves it round here but he has been off the racecourse since June and he may need this run. Zorn finished behind our selection last time and on these terms he is entitled to run our selection close. It will be a surprise if either Bartercard or Louisiade are good enough and we will stick with Dasheena to land the prize.
