Graceland jumped much better when making all at Stratford than she had when scoring at Cartmel but this looks a much tougher assignment carrying a penalty, though Donald McCain’s stable is back in form. Recent course and distance winners Cardigan Bay and HENRIETTA BELL also like to race prominently and the latter has scope in handicaps after just two runs over timber. Warwick second Shufoog was well beaten in this last year and is 2lb higher while the lack of recent run could hamper Chequered View and Sue Be It but Dieu Benisse won a novice event at Ffos Las having a first run for Philip Kirby while Ena Baie is a likely improver now handicapping.
