In depth

Verdict

Market Road made Between The Waters pull out all the stops over fences at Ffos Las last week and has claims of going one better if this doesn’t come too soon. Kildaven Spider was only headed close home in a Cartmel seller last month and this isn’t much better. Winning chaser For Jim reverts to hurdles off a 9lb lower mark at Brian Hughes rides while Simply Lucky returned to form with a narrow win at Uttoxeter. TARAS DAY has crept up the weights but has solid form over track and trip in this grade and shouldn’t be far away again reunited with Patrick Cowley.
