        Verdict

        Sir Geoffrey has won 15 times including a handful at this track but all of them came over 5f. Stablemate Incomparable is also best over the minimum trip while Culloden was placed over 5f here recently. Last month's Chelmsford winner Air Of York is yet another with something to prove over 6f so a chance is taken on PANCAKE DAY. The latter was placed off today's mark at Chelmsford last month and has won twice over course and distance before. Speightowns Kid has form at the track but has not raced since March but Amenable is back on a winning mark if leaving his recent poor form behind.
