Verdict
Katheefa’s winning run came to end at Chelmsford having beaten Zylan over track and trip earlier. The latter went on to score here before finishing ahead of Samovar when going close again last week. Zapper Cass recorded his earlier double over 5f at the track and is preferred to Typhoon Ten while the progressive Wasntexpectingthat has won three of his last four starts at Newcastle but is upped in class and raised 8lb debuting on this surface along with GULLIVER. The latter ended last year with a victory in Class 2 company at York and a chance is taken David O’Meara’s sprinter runs somewhere near his best on his reappearance with his yard in flying form.
