In depth

Verdict

Makthecat won a novices' race here before returning a beaten favourite over 1m2f at Chelmsford and has undergone wind surgery subsequently. The remainder debut on the surface but LATIN KNIGHT is a half-brother to a recent winner at the track and Marco Botti’s charge gets the vote having made a promising debut over today’s trip at Kempton with Paseo well behind. Hatcher has an impressive strike under NH rules and debuts in this code having won an all-weather bumper at Wolverhampton earlier in the week while Miss Morocco is preferred to Mountain Ruler of the remainder.
