        Verdict

        Jazz Legend made all to win over track and trip last month though today’s wide draw doesn’t help his cause. Farump went close here recently with Bawtry Lady back in fourth and could go well again but CHAMPAGNE MONDAYS was beaten less than a length in a tougher contest over course and distance last week and may edge this with a similar effort. Poppy May scored at Chelmsford last time and has won here in the past while Damond Pursuit finished in front of Foreign Legion when runner-up over 7f on this surface having recently switched yards.
