Verdict
Pink Eyed Pedro has been a fine servant to connections and returned to the winner's circle last month in a desperate finish at Southwell. The veteran is 3lb higher now and this also does look a tougher task. Blakeney Point must give weight away all round and the jury is out with him at present and he's best watched, whereas Red Force One has found form in some style the last twice and still looks acceptably treated off a mark of 109. However, this looks a good chance for the raiding Hanlon team with NASEE (NAP) The gelding has returned from a fallow period with really pleasing efforts in competitive large-field handicaps at Punchestown the last twice and his last success came over this trip. He receives weight all round and the booking of the champion is a further plus.
