BOLD POLICY may be the answer to this selling hurdle with Berings Express likely to be popular with Celticello another that should be in the mix. There's nothing to choose between Bold Policy and Berings Express on official ratings but Bering Express has never convinced with his attitude and is worth taking on on his return to hurdling despite the drop in grade. Bold Policy didn't run his race on his latest start so has something to prove in that respect but Paul Nicholls has a fifty per cent strike rate in this grade and the horse is capable of better. His maiden win came over two miles six but he should possess sufficient pace to be effective at this trip. Celticello is fully effective at this trip and is relatively consistent but looks vulnerable under a penalty whilst Bring It On Home and Starstruck Peter both have something to find at the weights although they do represent shrewd yards so are worth a cautionary check. Preference, however, is for Bold Policy.
