Verdict

OOPSMYLORD gets the vote although we'll be keeping an eye on the market for signs of confidence behind Babysitter, Hume Theatre and Mr Goofy amongst others. The selection has to give weight away all round following his debut success in this sphere at Leicester but he did the job well enough there to believe that he should be in the shake-up. The first two home pulled a long way clear and the runner-up promises to be useful so the form should stand up. Babysitter is the least exposed runner in the field and hails from a yard that knows what's required whilst Hume Theatre is an interesting contender for Abbi Vaughan. Mr Goofy represents an experienced team so support for him on his debut in this sphere would be worth bearing in mind whilst Kingsmill Lake and Bravery Scotch have been in winning form between the flags. Thirtytwo Red ran well enough at Taunton last month to enter calculations as well but we'll stick with Oopsmylord.
