Verdict
Sikander A Azam looks to have been found a straight forward opportunity to open his account for the season but is unproven over today' strip and preference is for Lord Youky, who gets the vote over Phoenix Phlyer. The selection showed this trip was no hindrance to him when successful over course and distance in June and should improve for his reappearance effort behind the in-form Cobreces at Ludlow last month. Sikander A Azam is the best horse in the race but failed to stay an extended 2m4f at either Warwick or Sandown in his last two starts and may struggle to last home over three miles today. Unlimited Free has been showing fair form in point-to-points recently but this looks tougher and of more interest may be Phoenix Phlyer, who resumed winning ways at Ludlow last month but is another not certain to get he trip even on this sharp track. There are no such problems for Lord Youky though and he gets the vote.
