Spock ran out when favourite over a longer trip here last week. He'd been lucky to score at the track on his previous start and may be best watched today. Lodgician was runner-up over hurdles here last time but is tackling fences for the first time at the age of nine while Pagan Sword has had plenty of chances and lacks a bit of scope now. Le Corvee's recent form over hurdles is modest so we'll give another chance to AMUSE ME, who surely has the ability to win a race like this off his current mark if getting his act together. He was never really travelling when favourite at Uttoxeter last time but has been eased in the weights again since and this slightly longer trip will suit.
