Verdict

Having hinted at ability previously, Valse Au Taillons won by 11 lengths at Ffos Las. She should make a bold bid to follow up under her penalty but EVITA DU MESNIL could be anything and Richard Newland has found a decent race in which to blood his three-times French bumper winner over hurdles following wind surgery. Cape Fair was only beaten a neck in a handicap at Bangor two weeks ago while Miss Brooklyn was second in a maiden at Southwell when the first two pulled well clear.
